RAGS EXCHANGE - buy & sell upcycled designer/vintage clothing

Okay, so I know everyone just loves to get rid of their clothes of the past and purchase new findings, but sometimes it can be difficult to get back equal or better to what you exchanged or sold. If you are in this similar situation, there is the perfect place to buy and sell upcycled designer and vintage fashion. This unique marketplace is Rags Exchange. Rags Exchange makes sure the clothes you're getting are the best quality and in good condition, so you get back clothes of good value! It's perfect for making money, or saving money on quality fashion purchases.

If you're concerned about having to spend a lot of money on this, RagsExchange.com listings are completely FREE! Users can list photos, which is also free! Up to 5 photos may be added per item, so if a user has 10 items, that's 50 photos. Rags only gets 5% commission on items sold, which is crazy little. There is this super cool feature called "Name Your Price" where buyers can negotiate with sellers! Another mentionable feature is buyers can search by their individual style (e.g. bohemian, classic, designer, etc). Also, items can be marked down for clearance, another really awesome feature! There is one more thing, Rags has a promotion going - where women can get the chance to win $1000 by signing up for a RagsExchange.com account!

Rags Exchange also has a blog, which is devoted to celebrating the unique character of  everyday women. The blog is StyleActuallyBlog.com. The concept is that true style comes from within. Style comes from knowing who you are and accepting yourself. The blog covers fashion, but more importantly the unique individual wearing the clothes. It's filled with articles
and stories from everyday people. A big part of looking cool and stylish has to come from the inner character and the self-assurance of knowing who you are. The idea is that all women should strive to be who they really are!

Everyone should go visit Rags Exchange and Style Actually Blog <3

been gone too longgg

Headband: FOREVER 21, Top: URBAN OUTFITTERS, Necklace: FOREVER 21, Pants: URBAN OUTFITTERS, Shoes: CALL IT SPRING

Okay so it's been wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to long since I've posted anything like it's not acceptable hahaahha but I'm back! I just decided to randomly put together this slightly girly but fun outfit. For a while now I have been loving the velvet material trend and that is one reason I love the long sleeve I'm wearing.
I'm a fan of high waisted pants because they are so awesome to have when you want to wear a crop top! That's why I got these simple black BDG ones that could go with almost any crop top.

This simple necklace is great because it can add a small touch and go with almost any outfit!

Ears are so fun to wear. Whenever you just want to be a little quirky these are perfect for that. I used to have another pair from Urban Outfitters that were black and had velvet and lace but they got lost so I got these from Forever 21.
Wedges give me some height and I could never complain about that. Wedges are especially my favorite for spring time and I cannot wait!

mix of generations

Dress: FOREVER 21, Cardigan: DOWNEAST BASICS, Shoes: GUESS

This look for me is a jumble of the 50's, 60's, and 70's with a modern twist. I'll explain farther below my theory.

The whole dress and especially the tie in the front reminds me of the 70's! I feel like this could be similar to a floral dress you would find in the 70's.

So what adds the 50's feel to me is the baby blue cardigan it features a girly and vintage style.

The 60's style of this outfit comes from the hair and makeup. Girls would wear their hair short a lot of the time in the 60's so I decided to do an updo to make it look short. Also they liked the look of big eyes so I put on a lot of eye liner and mascara outlining the bottom of my eyes making them appear bigger
(but not on the water line it will make your eyes look smaller). I added a cat eye to the look too. Also some of the colors in the dress reminds me of the 60's vibe.

don't worry you'll make it.

Sweater: BRANDY MELVILLE, Pants: URBAN OUTFITTERS, Sandals: MACY'S, Necklace: DOWNEAST BASICS, Rings (Gold Ones): FOREVER 21

My hair was done amazingly by my friend Olivia!
 My adorable elephant necklace.
The gold rings are from Forever 21 and the blue one is from my Dad for my birthday. It's my birthstone!

I love the patch design and color of these pants! There is also zippers on the sides of them which is always a plus. I rolled them up to capris length because it fit with the look of the sandals and they are a little short on my because I have long legs!

SHOUTOUT: Thank you to my friend Olivia for doing my hair and photos!!! :)

Sweater: URBAN OUTFITTERS, Shorts: FOREVER 21, Boots: BP NORDSTROM, NECKLACE: from a bookstore near me

I was with my mom recently and I saw this necklace and I thought it was precious so I showed my mom and she loved it so she had to get for me so thanks mom!

I love how this sweater part way through the sleeves is sheer and and the end it goes back into the knit material! Also the knit part throughout the whole sweater is thin and a little sheer so I wore just a black tank under it!

playing with pastels

Bralette: AEROPOSTALE (CLICK HERE SEE WHERE YOU CAN BUY IT YOURSELF! :), Top: FOREVER 21 (Love 21 section), Skirt: FOREVER 21, SHOES: Call It Spring, Ear Cuff: CLAIRE'S, Ring: BRANDY MELVILLE, Bracelet: FOREVER 21

This mint high to low skirt is amazing!!! I love it paired with this peach color top which I just tucked in the skirt.

I am absolutely obsessed with this bralette from Aeropostale! The lace is so pretty and it's perfect for under sheer or low cut shirts! It's also very comfy! This is where it show from the low dip in the arm holes.  If you want this bralette for yourself click HERE!!! There are also other colors and patterns!

This is the back of the shirt which is sheer and I love how it shows the bralette!

I just got this ear cuff from Claire's this week and I'm in LOVE! I have wanted one with a chain for a while and this one is so cute and it's a butterfly!!!

I have accepted mixing silvers and golds so now I do it sometimes but it doesn't always look good!

For my hair I just had it natural.
